Upon checkout, you will be asked to agree to the following terms and conditions indicating that you:

1) have read, understood and agree to be bound to my product terms of use, which basically states that all products on this site are for your own personal use and LIMITED scrap-for-hire use and may not be shared, distributed or otherwise pirated.

2) understand that all of the products on this site are digital and are accessible only via a download link.  No physical product will be shipped to you.

3) agree to provide a valid email address during the check out process so that your download links can be emailed to you.  MellowButterfly shall not be held liable for any misdirected email invoices/download links.

4) agree that you have taken any necessary precautions to prevent your emailed invoice/download links from being filtered as spam in your email account.  This can be done be adding contact@mellowbutterfly.com to your address book/safe list/white list in your email account.  MellowButterfly shall not be held liable for any lost or misdirected email invoices/download links.

5) understand that you have a maximum of three download attempts per zip file and that due to limitations of our software we are unable to add additional download attempts to your order one placed.  Therefore, you agree to disable any download managers, firewalls, etc  that may interfere with the download process prior to attempting to download your files.

6) understand that download links are guaranteed available for six calendar dates from the date of purchase; and that after that time period MellowButterfly reserves the right to remove/disable said download links for any reason whatsoever in our sole discretion.

7) agree that it is It is your responsibility to make a reliable backup copy of your purchased files for your own personal use.  Mellow Butterfly shall not be responsible for providing replacement files due to circumstances out of our control, including, but not limited to hard drive failure.

8) Due to the digital nature of this product NO REFUNDS or exchanges will be made except in the event that you purchase a duplicate copy of the same product from the MellowButterfly website and provide documentation within 48 hours of the duplicated purchase.    Please be certain to read the detailed product descriptions for file types and compatibility information before purchase.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. MICHELLE BATTON/MELLOWBUTTERFLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. MICHELLE BATTON/MELLOWBUTTERFLY MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS SERVICE.
